Project Details - The Verde Store at Q2 Stadium

  • Directed the development of The Verde Store at Q2 Stadium, Austin FC’s first in-market retail location, opened April 2021 
  • Worked in partnership with retail agency partner to bring 2,000+ sq. ft., two floor store to life including brand design direction, fabrication and build direction, retail merchandising and retail signage creation, etc. 
  • The store offers the widest range of merchandise and is refreshed based on consumer insights gathered in market (i.e., T-shirt of the Month program, etc.) 
  • Introduced round up program to benefit local community groups
  • Continue retail development opportunities by introducing mobile ordering + pick up and featuring Authentics, Austin FC’s exclusive collectibles and memorabilia 

Project Details - The Verde Store on Congress

  • Austin FC’s downtown secondary retail location opened September 2021

Project Details - The Verde Van

  • Austin FC’s mobile retail unit launched in November 2020 
  • First in-market retail opportunity when no brick and mortar stores existed
  • Brand extension across the market
  • Used for a myriad of grassroots and partner events
