Project Details

  • Partnered with adidas Football and adidas Originals to launch a limited edition Austin FC Samba 
  • Austin FC was the only club in North America to be launched in a global pack featuring several a-list Clubs 
  • Creative embodied the uniqueness of Austin, gathering different ingredients across the city to make a signature dish, prepared by renowned Austin sushi Chef Yoshi Okai and featuring local Austin talent 
  • Assets were pushed across relevant channels with support from adidas Football and MLS 
  • Units sold-out in market within an hour of launch, followed closely by adidas.com and MLSstore.com 
  • Hosted an exclusive launch event that tied all creative elements together and provided media, influencers and select fans to get their hands on the shoes before they launched publicly
